The concept of customizable assembly-line food exists for practically every cuisine, so I suppose I was bound to find an Italian one eventually. This restaurant reminds me a lot of Cava: fruit-flavored teas, ethnic sauces, and a myriad of healthy toppings. Also like Cava, I find it hard to choose a bad combination of options. My bowl of grilled chicken, penne, diavolo, and all (yes, all) free toppings allowed me to try pasta with ingredients I'd never imagine putting together myself. It was a saucy, delicious mess that I thoroughly enjoyed. The only topping I would subtract for next time is the strawberries. There's a banner inside that advertises a $5 reward off your first order if you download the app, but I couldn't find the reward and neither could the cashier. She offered a one-time discount but also charged me for a drink without asking, so I have no idea how much the discount actually helped. One of the workers also gave me an annoyed expression when I asked for all the free toppings. However, none of these hiccups would prevent me from recommending to try this place at least once.

One of my favorite quick bites places to eat. Piada is fast and convenient Italian-inspired food where the customer gets to choose what goes into their dishes. They have a decent menu with variety such as pasta bowls, salads, soups and wraps. One of my go to is the Basil Pesto pasta bowl. You get to choose the type of pasta, protein, add ons (up to 8) and sauce. Even though the menu has specific pasta dishes, you can always modify each item the way you choose. Their salads are very good and fresh, although slightly pricy. The line moves fast and they deliver. I also love their reward system where you can earn points to exchange for free food. It's not true Italian food and it's definitely not fancy either, but if you're craving some past and want a quick and delicious bite then this is your spot.

I'm in love with this place . I was greeted by Journee with such great energy. She made recommendations of things i should try. Her customer service was amazing. Now the food. I got the carbonara, with steak. Steak was seasoned to perfection and tender. I will be back.

Fantastic twist on a burrito, the food was delicious and unique. I had the blt Piada, which is the name for the bread. It's warm, lightly covered in butter, avocado, grilled chicken, bacon pieces, squared lettuce, diced tomato, basil pesto and wrapped up in not too messy a roll. The staff was very friendly and inviting. Quick service, with a very fast food feeling dining area. Not exactly a date spot, but great to stop in for a quick and delicious bite!

First time at Piada and it was very good! I had the lemon kale caesar salad with the hot fried chicken, it was delicious! Thr hot fried chicken was actually spicy. For a drink, I tried the passionada fresca which was the most refreshing drink I've ever had! The service was okay and kind of slow but the food made up for it. There isn't any ambiance because it's more of a fast-food restaurant.

I came in for lunch with my sister and we were both first timers. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. She had the farmer's market salad and I had the carbonara pasta with spaghetti. Both were delicious! The perfect lunch. Fair pricing and proportions. The garlic dough is to die for - highly recommend trying some.
